We dispatch all orders within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days across South Africa. Express (1–2 day) delivery is available at checkout for an additional fee. Free delivery is included on all orders over R450.
All our products are dermatologist tested and formulated without parabens, sulphates, or synthetic fragrances. Our Honey & Oat Sensitive Cream and Aloe & Cucumber Refresh Cream are specifically designed for sensitive or reactive skin. As with any new product, we recommend doing a patch test before full application.
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you're not happy with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll arrange a refund or exchange. Products must be returned in their original packaging. Opened products may be exchanged but not refunded, unless there is a quality issue.
Yes! We offer wholesale pricing for spas, salons, hotels and retailers. Minimum order quantities apply. Please use the contact form above with "Wholesale & bulk orders" as the subject and we'll send you our wholesale catalogue and pricing guide.
All products have a 24-month shelf life from manufacture date (printed on the base of each jar). Once opened, we recommend using within 12 months for optimal efficacy. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
Our body creams are formulated primarily for body use. However, the Aloe & Cucumber Refresh Cream and Honey & Oat Sensitive Cream are gentle enough for face use for most skin types. Always do a patch test first and consult a dermatologist if you have specific skin concerns.
